Think about it, that has to be the buggest reason why the game was given a 7.5. I hope Sony learns their lesson and gives Gamespot a $800 Schwag Bag for all upcoming titles like Killzone 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted, Gran Turismo 5 and every other ps3 exclusive. If not, i'm afraid that the highest they might get from Gamespot is a 8.5 (combined).

looking at his 7 full pages of previous game reviews, the highest score he's ever given to a game is an 8.8 for Call of Duty 3 on the 360, if that's the best game hes ever professionally played, you have to feel sorry for GameSpot.
It's a good thing those who said the failure rate was nothing more than a myth did not have their way because then a whole lot more people would have been stuck with broken consoles. Even though mine still works 100%, i know i have the warranty to look forward to if anything was to happen.

Sounds like a bit of bias on the contributors part.
Especially since they're comparing the NG2 with the NG: Sigma Demo. Not sure how this affects anything but Kotaku does favor Microsoft a little more than they do Sony explaining why they felt that NG2 looked better. Joystiq even said that the graphics in NG2 was not as good as NG:Sigma, which does make sense because NG2 is still in development.

No in fact that's really good news. Decreasing load times on anything is a plus in my book. The update is looking good so far but I'm still looking forward to the Big 2.0 and home.
My Ps3 is updating right now 17%. Flash wallpapers are cool and all, but i really hope there's more to this update. I won't get my hopes up too high though.
Well, it finished installing and i noticed that when you start the ps3, you now have to log into an account to access anything else.
I would check for more stuff but, maybe later. I'm going to play some warhawk.

If this is true, I think the amount of Ps3's sold over the holiday will have an affect on whether or not this title stays exclusive after the holiday season. What do you guys think?
